Spread The Message

by heathermorrow· October 08, 2010· in Randomness· 0 comments tags: bullying, letter to my daughter, senseless tragedy, teen suicide, vicky bell
I came across this link today and shared it on facebook, but thought it was well worth posting here too. Blogger Vicky Bell shared the letter she wrote to her daughter in the wake of a senseless tragedy. A New Jersey college student killed himself last week because his room-mate had posted videotape of him having sex with another guy. Vicky's words ring true for all of us. Whether your children are 18 or 8, there's a message to be shared. A very important one. I will be writing to my daughters this weekend and I hope you, too, will share with yours. Whether it's a written letter or a simple discussion, this message needs to be delivered. Bullying. Must. Stop.  (Don't forget you can share any of our posts on twitter or facebook with just the click of a button.  Like what you see?  Leave some love in the comment section…we love hearing from you!)
