i’ve got so many sessions to blog! this is a family session from last fall that i absolutely loved! what can i say about this family that hasn’t already been said? i’ve been photographing them for almost 6 years now and i simply adore them. last summer they moved to dallas and you can imagine how honored i was that they chose to return to kansas city for their annual family portraits. it’s been so amazing to watch these little guys grow over the years. their beautiful mama is more like a friend than a client. one look at her and you can see why her boys are so gorgeous! this family photo session took place at our studio. i love the natural light and the beautiful wood floors here. and of course, mel had the boys dressed perfectly as always. talking to otto, i really couldn’t believe how grown up he is. if you’ve been following the hocus focus blog for a few years, you’ll remember him as mantle baby. his newborn photos were some of my favorites i’ve ever done. and then there’s hank. oh, sweet hank with those giant eyes and adorable curls. this little man can […]
